"Both my Son and Daughter have received care at Helping Hands Daycare-Lakeside. My son was there for 2 years and my Daughter has nearly been there for 3 years. They were both fortunate to have caring teachers who had a positive influence on each of them. The location is set in a quiet residential area with a nice backyard to play in. We’ve always been happy with our daycare but this past year with everything the staff and organization have done to ensure the safety and happiness of the kids during the pandemic brought our confidence in Helping Hands Lakeside to new heights. "You won't go wrong choosing this daycare. My daughter loves it here. My only complaint is that we didn't find it earlier. My daughter has attended 3 other daycares in the area but Helping Hands Lakeside has been the best, by far. The staff are genuinely caring and my daughter learns so much each day. She is constantly talking about her teachers and her friends. I love the daily updates and photos through the app. As others have mentioned it is very comforting going to work knowing that your child is happy and well cared for. If you're looking for a great daycare, this is it!"

"The staff at Helping Hands Lakeside are incredible. Every ECE knows each child by name, even if they're not in their class, and always take time to answer any question an anxious parent may have. Facilities are kept exceptionally clean, and I haven't once worried or second guessed my decision to send my child back during COVID. The communication from both the Director and teachers also helps put my mind at ease; from daily reports of meals and activities, including intra-day pictures, to upcoming events and what's happing in the community. "My daughter loves her daycare. The staff is amazing and really friendly. She is definitely in good hands. I love the photo update we get daily via the HiMama app. We can see what she ate, her mood, her bathroom break etc. She comes back home with new skills and new words daily. The staff dealt with the covid situation really well. You can see that the staff implement and respect a lot of new requirements. It was a good decision to send my daughter there. I definitely recommend it."

"Upon meeting the staff of Lakeside, our first impression was extremely positive. Our daughter was 11 months old when she began attending the infant room in Dec 2020. The love and attentiveness she received from all staff members was enduring, and warmed our hearts. It made it a much easier transition, knowing that she was in good hands. Fast forward and here we are in the middle of a pandemic. Like most parents, we experienced a lot of anguish and anxiety over the matter; however, Helping Hands was right there constantly keeping us informed and assuring us of all the steps taken to keep the children safe.
