Through positive reinforcement, encouragement and a warm and loving environment, our qualified staff encourages the children to develop self-esteem, pride, respect and an understanding of themselves and others.  Our centres work in conjunction with area high schools and colleges by allowing students to participate in our program while obtaining credits through cooperative education. We also sponsor the Early Childhood Education program through local Colleges that allow assistants to continue to work in the field while obtaining their RECE diploma.
