President
Nancy is the Founder and President of Helping Hands Daycare. She has committed more than 31 years towards creating exceptional childcare for families. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, Nancy's passion and commitment can be seen at each of our 10 centres - bright, inviting and inclusive spaces, engaging toys and educational materials, and an environment that fosters creativity, learning, and fun.
Ryan Eickmeier MPP, LLM, EMBA

Ryan is the Chief Executive Officer of Helping Hands Daycare, focusing on the operations side of the organization. Ryan's day-to-day efforts include regulatory and legislative requirements, back-end systems, site expansion, and engaging with public sector stakeholders. Academically, Ryan has earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in political science from New England College, a Master of Public Policy (M.P.P.) from The American University School of Public Affairs, a Master of Law (LL.M) at York University’s Osgoode Hall Law School, and an Executive Master of Business Administration (E.M.B.A) at the University of Fredericton’s Sandermoen School of Business.
Tracy Golding RECE
Director, Quality & Pedagogy
Tracy is the Director, Quality & Pedagogy with Helping Hands Daycare. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator and former Supervisor, Tracy provides guidance, mentorship, and support to each HHDC location to ensure our facilities, programming, administration, and approach to learning exceed our already high standards. Tracy has been with HHDC since 1997 and her extensive knowledge and attention to detail are a critical resource for HHDC.
